The Garou can sense whether or not a target is guilty of a crime; it must be something that a Get of Fenris would consider a crime.

Roll Perception+Intimidation while staring into the eyes of the accused (diff 8). One success will tell if the subject is guilty of something but not what, while three successes will reveal the crime.
