1) Accuracy: Objects quiver in ways you want. Items: One. Weight: Less than an ounce. Distance: No more than a couple of feet.

2) Accuracy: Rough motor control, equal to being shoved with an elbow or fist. Items: Two. Weight: A few pounds (hardcover book) or very small life forms (insects, snails). Distance: No more than 20 feet.

3) Accuracy: Some fine control, equivalent to an object in hands but slow and unwieldy. Clumsy attacks can be made at this level. Items: Three. Weight: A largish object weighing up to 100 pounds (computer monitor, telephone, etc). Living beings can be moved, but not manipulated. Distance: 100 feet.

4) Accuracy: Equivalent to a normal pair of hands (i.e. opening locks). Items: A small group (under 10) of near identical items or three items that aren't closely related to each other. Weight: Objects as large as an armoire or weighing less than 200 pounds. Humans can be manipulated only if they are willing, unconscious, or hypnotized. Distance: Up to a half of a mile.

5) Accuracy: Extreme control. The items will do whatever you ask, quickly and efficiently. Items: 10-20 items of similar nature, or 10 items of a non-similar nature. Weight: A car or an elephant. An unwilling human can be moved, but this is /very/ difficult. Distance: 5 miles away.
SYSTEM: Dexterity + Occult vs 4. The difficulties go up one level per dot. Add 1 dice to the difficult if you are working with an object that is being held by someone who is resisting. You must have staff present at and past level three.
