The Ragabash can steal an opponent's strength of spirit or her Rage. With her ill-gotten gains, she can pummel her drained opponent.
System
The player rolls her Wits + Larceny (difficulty equals the target's Willpower). The number of successes indicates the number of temporary Rage or Willpower points (not both) that the victim loses. The player receives that number of points to the appropriate statistic up to her permanent maximum. If she receives Rage in excess of her permanent rating, she must make an immediate frenzy roll.
