This Gift requires a long rite in which the Bastet yowls, capers, and calls out to the storm, and whips up (or, at higher difficulty, disperses) a great tempest.
System
Beginning the storm requires a Manipulation + Survival roll and two Gnosis points. Stopping it before it has run its course requires one more Gnosis and a roll at +2 difficulty. Storms in unlikely locations require five or more additional successes. Botching has unpredictable results....
