Purr audibly for at least one minute. Roll Charisma + Empathy (difficulty of the target's Willpower), and spend one Willpower. Works on anyone, and unless the target has cause for suspicion, the affection seems genuine. Violence or unreasonable requests destroy the charm; it will never work on that target again. Infatuation lasts one day per success.
