The Garou prevents a target from using any special or supernatural abilites. She is as a newborn cub, with only mundane powers at her disposal. This Gift is taught by a Falcon spirit.
System
The Garou spends one Gnosis point and rolls Gnosis (diff of the victim's Stamina+3). Each success removes all special abilities of the opponent (aggravated damage, claws, Gifts, vampiric Blood Pool, mage Spheres, regenerative powers, special attacks, ect.) for one turn.
