The shifter can cause visions and mental images to appear in other people's minds, as well as receiving visions and images from them in her own, effectively placing them into silent communication. This Gift is taught by a Chimerling.
System
The shifter must spend a Willpower per person to use this Gift on (besides herself), and, if a target is unwilling, succeed in a Manipulation+Expression (diff target's Willpower). The target must, in addition, be within sight of the shifter. All those in the Mindspeak may now interact normally, though they cannot inflict damage through the visions, but while the Mindspeak is active, all those in it receive a -2 dice penalty to all real world actions. The Mindspeak goes until the shifter ends it, or fails the roll against an unwilling target.
