The Garou can inflict another with an ugly disfigurement, such as a scar or diseased blotch, or she can make all the target's fur fall out. If the disfigurement is a scar it will be in a decidedly dishonorable place and will not pass for a battle scar. This gift is taught by a Baboon or Toad spirit.
System
The Garou must roll Manipulation+Primal-Urge (diff 7) and spend a Willpower point. The disfigurement will heal by the next scene, but until then, the target will suffer a two dice penalty to his social rolls.
