System
Spend one permanent Rage and roll Wits + Primal-Urge (diff 7). Each success withers a mile of crops, spoils a waterhole or lake, or renders one ton of food or drink toxic. Only powerful magics can undo the devastation. Cropland and waterholes are rendered unusable for one year; food and drink are permanently poisoned.
