The Silver Fang can reach into the heart of another Garou and stifle her opponent's Rage. Even a frenzied Garou must obey the Fang's command. An avatar of Falcon teaches this Gift.
System
WWThe player spends one Willpower point and selects a target. The Fang and the victim make resisted Willpower rolls. If the Silver Fang wins, she can dictate when and how much Rage the victim spends. This Gift works on frenzied Garou as well.
