The Fomor has the ability to summon and control animals. The actions must be within the rational line of action for said animal. One could convince a rat to attack, but only so long as it can remain hidden. Common sense should dictate what is reasonable.

The fomor spends 1 willpower point and rolls Manipulation+Animal Ken vs 6. If successful, he can cause one animal per success anywhere within 120 yards of him to do as he bids. The effects last for a single scene.
