Metis shapeshifters are born to two shapeshifter parents of the same Fera. They are invariably deformed in some way (mental or physical) as a result of this spiritual inbreeding, and are sterile. Garou in particular suffer from social difficulties, as the Litany makes interbreeding between Garou a serious taboo. Other Fera may be more lenient. Crinos is their natural form, and they are typically raised among shapeshifters as a result.
