0 - Tuning In. Implant a song in someone's mind...
System: Fascinate+Performance (Difficulty is target's Willpower). Each success means the target will 'hear the song in the back of their mind' for an hour when not actively concentrating on something else.
0 - Deja Vu.System: Charisma+Fascinate (Difficulty is target's Willpower). If the target has seen the ghost before, successes determine level of detail and strength of interaction. If not, the target will feel like they have seen the ghost before, but be unsure when or where.
1 - Distraction.
System: Manipulation+Fascinate (Difficulty is target's Willpower). Target can only be distracted once per scene. A botch renders the target immune to ALL future use of this arcanos.1 Success: Target is momentarily distracted.2 Successes: Target turns away for a turn.3 Successes: Target's thoughts are elsewhere for at least 3 turns.4 Successes: Target's attention is completely diverted.5 Successes or More: Target suddenly remembers urgent business elsewhere.
2 - Remembrance. Insures a target will remember a simple thought, phrase, object, or errand.System: Manipulation+Fascinate (Difficulty is Target's Willpower). After the duration of this arcanos, target makes an Intelligence roll (Difficulty 6) to see if they remember.1 Success: Target will remember for 3 turns.2 Successes: Target will remember for a scene.3 Successes: Target will remember for a day.4 Successes: Target will remember for a week.5 Successes or More: Target will remember for a month or more.
3 - Charge of Duty. Give the target a simple, one-concept statement that they must take to heart.System: Charisma+Expression (Difficulty is target's Willpower). The number of successes determines the strength of the interaction. On a botch, the target realizes someone is trying to manipulate them.
4 - Driving Urge. Implant a suggestion in a mortal related to undertaking a simple, repetitive task. It cannot put the mortal in harm's way.System: Spend 1 Willpower and 1 Pathos. Roll Fascinate+Intimidation (Difficulty is target's Willpower). The more successes, the more feverishly the obsession will be obeyed.
5 - Target Lock. Fixate a target on one object or person to the point of mania.System: Spend 1 Willpower and 1 Pathos. Gain 1 temporary Angst. Target must be in the ghost's sight. Roll Fascinate+Manipulation (Difficulty is target's Willpower) and speak the obsession. Each success strengthens the obsession and the more successes achieved, the more complex the suggestion can be. A botch instead gives the obsession to the ghost using this arcanos.
