System
0 - Leap of Rage. The wraith becomes capable of extraordinary leaps and jumps.
System: roll Dexterity+Outrage (diff 6). Add any successes to those scored in the normal jumping roll. This can also be used to change direction in the Tempest.
1 - Ping. This level allows the wraith to manipulate very small objects. Things about the size of bottlecaps can be moved just a small distance in any direction. This tends to be useful for attracting the attention of the Quick or pushing buttons.
System: Spend 1 Pathos and roll Strength+Outrage (diff of local Shroud)
2 - Wraithgrasp. The wraith may lift things, but not push, manipulate, or move them in any other way.
System: Spend 2 Pathos, roll Strength+Outrage (diff of local Shroud), the number of successes indicates what can be lifed, as per the Feat of Strength table (W:tO p249)
3 - Stonehand Punch. The wraith can summon his anger and lash out across the Shroud, striking his target with raw force. This can also be used on other objects and wraiths in the Underworld.
System: Spend 2 Pathos, roll Strength+Outrage (diff of local Shroud, or 6 in the Underworld). Each success inflicts one Health Level (or Corpus level) on the subject.
4 - Death's Touch. The wraith may manipulate objects in the Skinlands -- this permits typing, opening windows, and so on, just as if he were solid. The wraith may also choose to simply create friction, starting fires without any sort of material source of flame.
System: Spend 3 Pathos, roll Dexterity+Outrage (diff of local Shroud), the wraiths delicacy and control depend on the number of successes rolled. The power lasts up to one minute per success. / To start a fire, the wraith rolls Strength+Outrate (diff of local Shroud, minimum 8). The number of successes indicates the heat and extent of the fire.
5 - Obliviate. This art allows a wraith to damage someone or something so severely that it can be sent to Oblivion. Material objects thus destroyed vanish into Oblivion (unless Inhabited, in which case they becomes relics). Using this art on relics sends them to Oblivion. This can also destroy wraiths or mortals, sending their souls into Oblivion.
System: Spend 3 Pathos, gain 2 temporary Angst, roll Strength+Outrage (diff of local Shroud). If affecting another wraith, the difficulty is their Stamina+3. Each success inflicts one level of aggravated, nonsoakable damage. Living creatures suffer Health Levels of damage, but their souls fall into a Destruction Harrowing if they are slain. Wraiths reduced to zero Corpus through this art also immediately fall into Destruction Harrowings.
