Allows a wraith's Shadow to summon nearby spectres. Can only be used when a wraith is in the Tempest or standing at the mouth of a Nihil. The Shadow Call is audible on the edge of a wraith's consciousness as a thin, piercing shriek.
System: Spend 1 temporary Angst and roll permanent Angst (difficulty 7). The number of successes indicates the number of spectres summoned.
