Tainted Touch

When afflicted with Tainted Touch, a wraith spreads Oblivion with the brush of a finger. System: Whenever the wraith comes into contact with another wraith's Corpus, roll 3 dice (difficulty 6). The number of successes indicates the number of temporary Angst points the victim takes. The victim can make a Willpower roll (difficulty 7) to resist, and every success cancels one of the offender's successes. A wraith with Tainted Touch can spend a Willpower to turn the effect off for a scene.
