This rite is performed when a Garou's behavior has shamed not only himself but his entire sept or tribe. After the rite is finished the punished will speak in an annoyingly shrill and piercing nasal whine until the ritemaster repeals the punishment.
System
The Ritemaster rolls Charisma+Rituals diff 7. The Jackal-hound (punished Garou), subtract two from all dice used in Social rolls. They also lose 2 points of Glory, and 5 points of Honor. The effects last until the Ritemaster repeals the punishment, which he may do at any time he so desires. (The renown loss always remains, however).
