A hengeyokai equivalent to the Rite of Renunciation. Performed when changing sentai auspice (as from Fist to Lantern, etc.). It is always performed at a crossroads of some sort. He pleads for the spirits' blessing and pledges renewed loyalty to the Beast Courts.
System
This is more acceptable among hengeyokai than the Western Fera; sometimes changing roles is necessary. It entails no Renown loss unless the new totals would raise the shifter's Rank in his new role; if so, he loses just enough to place him midway through his current Rank. Changing roles more than once is extremely inauspicious.
