Clear Sighted

Roll Perception+Alertness vs the vampire's Obfuscate+3 to see through it. This is done every time the obfuscated vampire passes into the character's view (IE, if they walk behind something, the clear_sighted individual must re-roll when the obfuscator comes back into view.) Please note that the clear_sighted individual does /not/ know anything is going on; this is a passive power, requiring neither effort nor concentration on the looker's part. The looker may be aware that he or she sees people that no one else does - think 'Sixth Sense'.
