Even if there are 60 Garou at a moot, a Corax with this Merit has merely to make a successful Wits + Awareness roll (difficulty 7) to pick out the proper (read: most interesting; this can also be translated as 'most important to the ongoing plot') target to follow. A botch on this roll sends the Corax in the entirely wrong direction, which can also have interesting consequences.
