Sabbat

The Sabbat are by and large the NON-law-abiding eat-the-humans types. As far as they're concerned, they're the top of the pyramid. Humans are dinner, and you don't talk to your dinner, now do you? But they actually have more laws going on than the Camarilla - they've got the Code of Milan, a quick overview of which is taught to the new kids prior to their becoming proven. The Sabbat shall support the Regent (elected head of the sect), who in turn grants all Sabbat freedom from tyranny. The Sabbat shall support the Black Hand. The Sabbat shall serve their leaders as long as their leaders serve the Regent's will. 3. The Sabbat shall observe all Auctoritas Ritae, keep their word of honor to one another, treat their peers fairly and equally, uphold the strength and unity of the Sabbat, and provide for other Sabbat as necessary. 4. The Sabbat shall put the good of the sect before their personal good, no matter what. 5. Those who are NOT honorable under this code don't get any help or protection from the sect. 6. The Lextalionis - Blood Hunt, Conclave, and Monomacy - is the usual method of justice (see pages 40-41, Vampire Player's Guide, Second Edition, and page 20 in the Sabbat Player's Guide, First Edition). 7. All Sabbat shall protect each other from enemies, shall protect Sabbat territory from outsiders. 8. All Sabbat shall expect and DEMAND freedom from their leaders - it's the fundamental principle of the sect. To ensure freedom, all Sabbat have the right to snoop into all other Sabbat's business, to call a council of their peers and immediate leaders, and to act - as approved by the Priscus - against sect members who abuse their power for personal gain.
