Notoriety

You have a bad reputation among the Garou of your sept. The reputation may be your own, or it may derive from your pack. There is a two-dice penalty to all dice roll sfor social dealings with your sept's Garou. This is not the same thing as Renown; a Garou can have much Renown yet still be disliked. Cannot take the Merit: Reputation.
