May be used during taghairm to ensure a speaker's sincerity. If the holder speaks anything but the full truth as he knows it, without embellishment or omission, the Stick leaps into the air and starts bashing him in the head (generally without damage). Once the liar has been exposed and punished, the Stick sails back through the air to its owner. If the fetish is surrounded by liars, it glows like an ember and tries to jump out of the owner's hands. If allowed, it beats every liar in the vicinity into bloody-headed submission.
