This Discipline allows its possessors to use speech and song for a variety of supernatrual effects.

System

1 - The Missing Voice. The vampire can make her voice appear to come from anywhere within their line of sight.

System: This power works automatically, but it reduces the vampire's Dice Pools by two if she attempts any actions while using the Missing Voice

2 - Tourette's Voice. The vampire can project her voice to any person with which she is familiar. She can use her voice in any way she wants, but won't be able to hear unless within earshot.

System: The vampire must rolll Wits+Linguistics (diff 7) and spend a Willpower point. Each success allows the character to speak for one turn.

3 - Toreador's Bane. The vampire can entrance another with the beauty of her voice. This essentially duplicates the Toreador clan weakness, but can affect anyone.

System: Roll Charisma+Music (diff of target's Willpower). The target may resist by achieving more successes with their Willpower.

4 - Art's Traumatic Essence. This power utilizes singing to inflict madness. It affects only one person at a time, but can be used in conjuntion with the previous powers.

System: Roll Manipulation+Empathy (diff of target's Willpower). The singer must accumulate a number of successes equal to the subject's Self-Control/Instincts+5. Once this happens, the target acquires a new, permanent Derangement.

5 - Death of the Drum. The vampire can use her voice to inflict physical damage upon others. The target must be within earshot but doesn't have to actually hear anything.

System: Roll Manipulation+Intimidation vs target's Stamina+3. Each success is a soakable (diff 7) aggravated wound.
