This devious piece of 'ware allows a coded outside broadcast to take control of the cyborg's body. It is generally not installed into a willing recipient. This technology is fairly uncommon, but it has been used to create remote-controlled assassins, strike teams of expendables 'piloted' by trained professionals, etc.
System
A successful Willpower roll vs. 8 allows the cyborg to resist the control. S/he must get twice as many successes as the rating of the control wires he has installed.
