Cosmetic alterations can include such things as fiberoptic hair, tattoos (luminescent or normal), and the like. (Please remember to set the visibility level to something appropriate for your alterations... cat-eyes might be visibility 6, but fiberoptic hair would certainly be a 0.) The price given is a guideline only, and will be set by the surgeon involved.
